Hair Consultations for Lagos Naturals
I've been trying to organise/plan this for a few months now. With all the questions I get on and offline I felt like it was time to create another platform where I could meet and talk to people face to face about hair. Now, talking on the web can be a little impersonal sometimes. Especially where hair is concerned. All of us are dealing with different needs, different textures, and different challenges.
That, my friends, is why I will be running Natural Hair Care workshops and offering real hair care consultations for women with Natural (or relaxed hair) in Lagos. This will start next week (Monday 24th February 2014) and will run every Wednesday and Saturday. I'm flexible next week so make sure you get in touch ASAP.
What's the deal?
Book an appointment and come in for a face-to-face chat. Have your questions answered (no matter how basic or silly you think they are). Talk about your current hair care routine and the condition of your hair. Discuss challenges you're facing as well as goals. Get a little more insight into my own personal experience and hair care routine. Discuss products, styling techniques and much more. Get your hair done, watch someone else get theirs done. Discuss issues of texture, breakage, damage, colouring, etc. It's really all about you. If I can help, I will. It's a small salon which makes for a more intimate setting. If you're natural, transitioning, or just thinking about going natural, get involved.

- Some product recommendations (none too specific because you know I feel about them) - This will include a walk and talk guide through products on sale at Jannys Hair and Beauty.

- Free product samples (while they last)
Although some styling is offered, I want to stress that the main focus of these consultations will be real (natural or relaxed) HAIR CARE. No weaves, braids or dreds (I don't feel I know enough about loc care).
